Based in Melbourne, you will support project planning, daily service operations, spare parts stock and small order picking.
Responsibilities
Manage Service spares in and out of Product Distribution Centers
Stock management, optimizing parts mix and identifying slow and fast movers to avoid excess stock
Handle goods received and dispatch from Melbourne Service center
Keep a clean and transparent inventory database for Field Service locations
Handle RMA transactions, inventory management, demand planning with factory, shipping and parts distribution to service techs, MRB
Support Field Teams in parts ordering and return
Support Service teams with Continuous Improvement, Kanban Systems and 5S of Service Operations centers
Actively participate in project and weekly planning, tracking and reporting
Qualifications
Work experience within Service Operations, Logistics or Distribution centre environment
Ability to read and fill out material transfer forms
Must have strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
Must be reliable, committed, quality focused and a self-starter
Ability to maintain a safe working environment
