About UsHitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) is a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment.The OpportunityOur Dandenong branch is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Warranty Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will provide a high level of administration support for the Service team and ensure that all warranty claims are processed efficiently and accurately.Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:Manage the process of reviewing warranty claims and processing within established guidelines, policies and proceduresCollaborating with the Service team to confirm claims and plan deliveriesMonitoring progress of claims and proactively communicating updates to customersPreparing invoicing of work ordersEnsuring all warranty claims, documents and contracts are correctly registered in the systemPreparing information for internal and external warranty auditsTo be successful in this role, you will have:Self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude with attention to detail3-5 years' experience as a warranty administrator is highly desirableKnowledge and experience of best practice warranty managementDemonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and ExcelThe ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environmentA professional and customer-focused approach, dedicated to delivering total customer satisfactionHitachi Benefits – What's in it for you?
