The Opportunity
Our Dandenong branch is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Warranty Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will provide a high level of administration support for the Service team and ensure that all warranty claims are processed efficiently and accurately.
Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include :
Manage the process of reviewing warranty claims and processing within established guidelines, policies and procedures
Collaborating with the Service team to confirm claims and plan deliveries
Monitoring progress of claims and proactively communicating updates to customers
Preparing invoicing of work orders
Ensuring all warranty claims, documents and contracts are correctly registered in the system
Preparing information for internal and external warranty audits
To be successful in this role, you will have :
Self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude with attention to detail
3-5 years' experience as a warranty administrator is highly desirable
Knowledge and experience of best practice warranty management
Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel
The ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
