You will be supported by experienced talent while gaining an understanding of the Metricon Sales process, the New Home Industry specifics and technical details of what drives our success.Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:Providing administrative assistance to the New Home AdvisorsWork closely with New Home Advisors in a support capacity while gaining an understanding of the Metricon Sales Process, display centre operations, the Sales Plan and general business rulesMaintaining the high standard of presentation of Metricon's display centresExpert execution of the prescribed display Meet/Greet requirementsProvide a top class Home Demonstration to customersQualifying and managing lead activity and setting prospect appointmentsProviding customers with a first class experience, exceeding customer service expectationsSupport Sales Administration/Documentation activity for the Sales Paperwork Process; andLiaise with customers for all sales queries.Metricon will offer you:The opportunity to progress your career within the Metricon sales team
