- Reference My client is a national steel company based in Melbourne who are seeking a Junior/Cadet Internal Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to increase sales revenue. You will receive training and mentoring to develop your skills and knowledge in the steel industry.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage existing customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns.

Prepare and submit quotes, orders, and other documents to customers in a timely and accurate manner.

Coordinate with other departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure on-time delivery of orders and resolve any issues that may arise.

Attend sales meetings and training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge in the steel industry.

Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.

Develop a thorough understanding of the steel industry, including products, services, and competitors.

Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.

Assist with the development of sales strategies and campaigns to increase sales revenue.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Knowledge of the steel industry is a plus but not required.

Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
