Due to exceptional growth this highly successful Automotive Group is looking for a self starter to join this dynamic team as a Sales Cadet

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in new car sales - will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Ability to set personal goals and targets
- Be able to work under pressure and to a deadline
- A passion for good customer service
- Be willing to work hard and have fun

**What the role entails**:

- Handling new car sales enquiries and prospecting for new customers
- Ensuring a follow-up system is in place that encourages repeat business and generates leads
- Maximising every sales opportunity and helping achieve our volume and profit objectives
- Keen to work full-time including Saturdays (weekday RDO)
- A willingness to excel and learn with a can do attitiude
