**The Opportunity**

You will be working with accomplished real estate experts and Port Phillip’s most respected and trust worthy property leaders. This flagship office offers a unique combination of innovation, premium service and sophisticated sales and property management strategies with Directors who inspire a team-wide culture of excellence that drives outstanding outcomes for vendors, buyers, investors and tenants.

**The Role**

This role requires someone who is passionate about sales and eager to contribute to the team's success.

You will work alongside a busy, dynamic, success-driven, and high-energy Sales Department. You won’t be left to your own devices to work it out, as you will be part of the excellent training, support, and mentorship to gain lots of industry knowledge that flows right through the business.

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Appraisals
- Listing Appointments
- Assist and advise buyers
- Conduct/ attend auctions
- Negotiating the best sale price for client
- Client management / customer service
- Provide assistance to the Director and Auctioneer

**About You**

As an experienced real estate professional, your expertise and skills will be invaluable in navigating the complexities of the industry. You will possess:

- VIC Agent's Representative Certificate
- Current VIC Driver's License and a well-presented and reliable car
- Excellent computer skills and high attention to detail and work output
- Go getter attitude and has a drive to succeed
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- Provide high standards of customer service to internal and external customers at all times
- Mature minded, professional and well presented
