In this role you’ll be working within the western suburbs of Melbourne for one of Australia’s largest suppliers of steel. They boast a proud history of customer service, which started in the 1930s. From these roots they’ve built multiple distributions across Australia.

**Your new role**- Dealing with enquiries from existing and potential new customers- Build knowledge of moving metal prices and market rates- Communicating with inventory and operations- Satisfy orders or enquiries within agreed timeframes- Following up on quotes- Entering customer orders into the CRM- Placing purchase orders- Maintaining professional and effective working relationships with internal and external customers

**What you'll need to succeed**- No experience needed - But you need to tick the boxes below- Eager to learn- Bubbly personality- Great telephone manner- Flexibility to stay late if needed - Team Player- Could be a great opportunity for a recent school-leaver/university graduate, who is looking to kickstart a career.
