Sales Cadet Role

As a Sales Cadet, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic sales environment. Your primary responsibilities include providing administrative support, working closely with advisors, and maintaining display centre presentation.

  • You will be responsible for delivering home demonstrations, qualifying lead activity, and setting prospect appointments.
  • You will also provide customers with an exceptional experience, exceeding customer service expectations.
  • In addition, you will support sales administration/ documentation activities and liaise with customers for sales queries.
About the Role

The successful candidate will possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to guide valued customers. You will need to be ambitious, self-driven, and focused on customer service and business outcomes.

  • You will need to be flexible to travel to multiple work locations as you may be assigned to a specific display centre or multiple centres within the selling region.
  • A reliable car with a current driver's license is required.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have emerging tactical, analytical, negotiation, and customer-centric skills. Prior sales experience is desirable but not essential.
