As a New Vehicle Sales Cadet, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to learn from some of the industry’s best You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales Consultants as they take our customers on an unforgettable journey purchasing their dream car Our state of the art Showroom and exciting vehicle lineup, combined with your enthusiasm, ability to build rapport and provide exceptional service, ensure your success

**What You’ll Do**:

- Initiate engaging conversations with our customers, identifying their requirements and educating them about our vehicles' features and benefits.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, including arranging test drives, coordinating with our in-house finance and aftermarket sales team.
- Maintain meticulous records of your interactions and customer feedback to continuously refine your approach.
- Focus on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations.
