Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our most critical partner relationships, driving strategy, growth, and impact across ANZ.
This role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to align commercial and brand goals, optimize performance, and deliver exceptional outcomes for pet parents.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic partnerships with a focus on marketing integration and brand alignment
Collaborate with Product, Pricing, and Marketing to deliver cohesive go-to-market strategies
Champion scalable, compliant, and high-performing partner channels
Drive expansion into new markets and support innovation through data, AI, and marketing insights
Foster a high-performance culture across your team and the broader ecosystem
Requirements:
10+ years in senior client-facing roles (partnerships, strategy, business development, or marketing leadership)
Strong commercial acumen, strategic marketing insight, and leadership experience
Advanced stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
Experience in insurance, fintech, health-related sectors, or marketing-driven industries
Familiarity with AI-driven insights, digital transformation, and customer engagement strategies
