Job Summary:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic plans to drive sales growth across a portfolio of large restaurant groups in North America and product verticals.
- This key role involves fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within a high-performing team of salespeople and relationship managers.
- The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders at merchant partners, driving business growth through innovative partnerships.
- Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, operations, and other functional teams is essential to deliver a seamless experience for merchant partners.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience managing complex partnerships and developing novel approaches to grow them with senior stakeholders.
- 3+ years' experience growing and managing a high-performing team, with direct experience in people management and senior stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive sales growth, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
