">Role Summary

This is a key leadership role focused on driving partnerships and sales growth in the Australian and New Zealand (ANZ) region.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, onboard, and enable Channel, Alliance, and Integration Partners to drive business growth
  • Develop strategic partnerships with technology vendors and consultancies to secure top talent in ANZ
  • Create and execute effective business plans with assigned partners to meet objectives
  • Collaborate with direct sales teams and attend end-user sales appointments with designated partners as needed
  • Drive partners to build a strong pipeline based on new business creation
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels and recruit new resellers
  • Provide sales and marketing campaign support to resellers and educate them on our solutions
">Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel, or alliances management
  • Proven track record of developing successful partner programs with partner recruitment and enablement
  • Experience working with partners at all levels, from senior management to sales and IT for integration
  • Background in data, data security, GRC, or fintech vendor/solutions provider is preferred
  • Growth mindset, results-oriented, and action-driven individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a virtual team
  • Willingness to travel within ANZ
