**What You Can Expect**:
As the Territory Sales Manager, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Zimmer Biomet and competitor products to maximise market potential within your area. Your leadership will drive the performance of your team, setting and monitoring goals to ensure success. By acting as a liaison between the sales team and various internal departments, you will facilitate the flow of crucial information, translating corporate updates into actionable insights for your team. Your role in maintaining compliance with corporate policies and addressing non-compliance ensures the integrity and effectiveness of our sales operations.
**How You'll Create Impact**:
- Coordination and direction of your team to achieve annual sales targets, both team-wide and for individual territories.
- Regular performance appraisals and coaching.
- Analysis of monthly sales results and trends to identify business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaboration with internal departments to secure resources and information needed by the sales team.
- Management of financial resources, including promotional and state expense budgets.
- Completion of required reports and coordination of external meetings and trade displays.
**What Makes You Stand Out**:
- A strong working knowledge of Zimmer Biomet and competitor products.
- Medical device sales and/or sales management experience.
- A relevant Business or Science degree or equivalent compensating work experience.
- Proven experience in analysing sales data, interpreting trends, and developing strategic responses.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, coach, and manage a sales team, driving high performance and engagement.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex information into easily understood terms.
- Commitment to the highest standards of patient safety, quality, and integrity in all business practices.
