**You'll be responsible for**:

- Performing end-to-end management of incidents and support in management of relevant documents, ensuring our Technical division meets the expectations of our customers, our business, and the regulators.
- Resolving incidents by conducting root cause analysis and implementing sustainable controls. Follow the Functional Rule to investigate root cause, guide participants, and develop appropriate solutions or controls.
- Identifying bottlenecks and blockers that slow down the remediation and rectification of incidents, suggesting ways to improve. Regularly meet with accountable business owners, to update on blockers and implement solutions to release bottlenecks.
- Efficiently managing incidents and workload while improving Technical Governance processes. Ensure consistency and accuracy in Technical-owned document provision to stakeholders and customers, and support implementation of improvements.

**About you**:

- Significant incident resolution experience acquired in a complex, matrixed insurance organisation.
- Understanding of insurance laws, legislation, regulations, and prudential standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact, and influence.
- Demonstrated capability in using MS Office suite of products and demonstrated ability to learn other required software.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks, manage competing resources, and demands.
