Job Title: Technical Operations Lead
Role OverviewAs a Technical Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Sydney Engineering team. This involves ensuring smooth delivery of services by actively collaborating with internal stakeholders, functional teams, and senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities:- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Sydney Engineering team.
- Providing insight and guidance on technology issues that impact business performance.
- Recommending and leading the implementation of improvements to specialized audio and visual systems.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant qualification in Electronic Engineering or Information Technology.
- 5 years' experience in contemporary radio, TV or recording studios, or 5 years' experience in contemporary Information Technology infrastructure, operating systems and applications.
- Proven experience in a technology management role.
- An understanding of ITIL service support and delivery management.
