Job Description:

We are seeking a Lead Technical Operations Specialist to oversee the aftersales technical operations for our global dealers. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that our technicians can diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery: Develop and deliver face-to-face and virtual training sessions for our dealer technicians on emerging technologies like ADAS and NEV systems.
  • Training Content Development: Create and maintain high-quality training content, assessments, and hands-on modules aligned with our global standards.
  • In-Field Support: Provide technical support, mentoring, and diagnostics assistance to technicians and aftersales managers across our dealer network.
  • Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze technical trends using FPRS, resolving recurring issues and supporting product rectification and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with OEMs, engineers, and internal teams to manage recalls, service campaigns, and technical communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of technical experience in distribution or workshop settings, with exposure to dealership service operations and NEV systems.
  • Hold a Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and drive results in dynamic environments.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess a valid driver's license.
