Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Lead to join our team in Moorebank, Sydney.

About the Role
  • Assisting the Shift Leader by providing hands-on support and guidance to the team.
  • Oversee daily workflows to ensure smooth operations and timely task completion.
  • Enhance productivity and efficiency by implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain high service quality by closely monitoring processes and outputs.
  • Utilise the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for accurate maintenance activity reporting and tracking.
  • Support the achievement of KPIs related to operational performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree, diploma, or certificate in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience leading small technical teams in an industrial environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels.
  • Analytical abilities to interpret data, control system reports, and diagnostics for efficient equipment management.
  • Capability to act as a technical point of contact during escalations and incidents.
