**The Opportunity**

As an Assistant Product Delivery Manager within our Digital Services team and reporting directly to the Head of Digital Services, you'll be responsible for ensuring product developments are successfully delivered into the business. Working closely with the product managers in the team, you will ensure that any product changes or enhancements across the range of products managed within Digital Services are effectively documented and communicated. The successful person will have experience working with a wide range of stakeholders including legal, risk, compliance, sales, marketing and operations, experience in change management as well delivering on initiatives.

The team has 6 people working on product management across a range of products including; card present, loyalty, value added services and customer onboarding.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities include**
- Working with Product Managers to understand any changes being made to products
- Translate these changes into business needs/ requirements, which may include a business impact assessment, updating operating documents, providing training documentation and/or training to sales or operational teams and developing new and documenting new processes
- Ensuring there is a focus on improving both the customer an employee experience with any changes implemented
- Management of the collateral register
- Assist in development of the product roadmap and building the unique selling points (USPs).

**Skills we can't do without**
- Bachelor's degree in business management, product or marketing or equivalent field.
- 3+ years' experience in product or process delivery and change management, Ability to handle multiple assignments at a time.
- Requires limited supervisory oversight; self-starter.
- Able to take general requirements and develop execution plan.
- Strong communicator with good analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
