We are seeking an experienced Product Delivery Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for breaking down business goals into smaller deliverables that engineers can iteratively push through to production.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented group of individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality products.

As a Product Delivery Manager, you will gain a good understanding of business domains and act as the SME and stakeholder proxy to the engineering team, influencing and managing the scope of engineering work in line with the business priorities.

You will understand and document acceptance criteria agreed to by stakeholders and engineers, prioritise and maintain the backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.

You will assist in the planning and coordination of product releases - this includes collaborating with the engineering team, setting release goals and ensuring timely delivery of features.

Your responsibilities will also include working well in a team environment to facilitate scope management, quality and timeliness as a requirement makes it way through the software delivery lifecycle.

You will drive the focus on shipping to production as quickly as possible, understand, analyse and document estimated and actual business value delivered to provide insights into future improvement.

You will accurately report on progress of tasks and projects, keeping in continual communication with project teams and management about project progress, issues and other relevant items.

You will clearly communicate to stakeholders and developers on progress of both individual and team tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner with a solid understanding of all aspects of the agile software development cycle.

They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to run workshops, showcases and to communicate effectively with engineers and other stakeholders across the organization.

They will be experimental & super motivated to try something new and not be afraid to suggest it.

They will have developed analytical skills including ability to interpret business needs and develop appropriate technical solutions.

They will have the ability to understand and document technical requirements.

They will have developed problem solving skills and ability to think creatively.

They will be able to effectively manage competing stakeholder priorities and objectives.

Work productively in a fast paced and agile environment.
