We are seeking a Portfolio Delivery Coordinator to provide dedicated support across our Customer Platforms portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys simplifying complex challenges, and has strong coordination and stakeholder management skills. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are planned, tracked, and delivered successfully, while maintaining governance, reporting, and clear communication across the portfolio.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Provide end-to-end coordination support across multiple delivery teams, assisting in the planning, scheduling, tracking, and execution of projects to ensure outcomes are delivered on time.
  • Monitor project progress, track status against plans, identify potential risks or variances, and escalate issues where required, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed with timely updates.
  • Prepare, maintain, and present detailed project reports, covering progress, budgets, risks, performance metrics, and delivery outcomes to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Analyse complex project information, distil the core issues, and clearly define next steps, enabling teams and stakeholders to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Coordinate organizational reporting on risk management, financial performance, and people metrics, supporting senior leadership in governance and oversight.
  • Assist with Technology Engagement Requests, communications planning, and practice management, ensuring smooth administration and alignment across initiatives.

*Qualifications & Experience*

  • A tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent relevant experience, with formal Project Management/Administration certification highly regarded.
  • Practical knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and delivery phases, with proven ability to apply them in large and complex IT environments.
  • Hands-on experience in large-scale IT PMOs, transformation programs, and agile delivery frameworks, with exposure to enterprise governance models.
  • Strong working knowledge of Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and other collaboration tools to support planning and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines while maintaining high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build productive relationships across diverse teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on driving resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in Agile delivery practices, including PI Planning and development of agile project artefacts, is highly desirable.
