Senior Capital Transactions Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Capital Transactions Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our investment engine, you will work closely with our Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and Head of Transactions on acquisitions, divestments, capital structuring, and deal execution.
This is an exceptional opportunity to be at the forefront of the investment process, sourcing, underwriting, and closing deals with a lean, high-quality team. You will have the chance to accelerate your career in transactions within a high-growth platform.
The ideal candidate will possess 3-7 years' experience in capital transactions, real estate advisory, investment banking, or REITs, with deep exposure to Australian real estate and an understanding of investment underwriting.
You will also need to demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to step up, take ownership, and contribute meaningfully in a smaller, high-trust environment.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with CIO and Head of Transactions on acquisitions, divestments, capital structuring, and deal execution
Sourcing, underwriting, and closing deals with a lean, high-quality team
Deep exposure to Australian real estate and an understanding of investment underwriting
Requirements:
