Job Title: Human Capital Strategist

As a seasoned Human Capital Strategist, you will drive organisational performance through exceptional partnering ability and talent in identifying opportunities to enhance business effectiveness.

  • Develop strong partnerships with site and state leadership teams to ensure all business strategies and initiatives are being met.
  • Lead a team of experienced HR Business Partners, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Partner with State Operations teams to develop strategies and plans supporting the delivery of our operations strategy from a people perspective.
  • Research and analyse people-related data to provide insights, identify opportunities, and offer recommendations enhancing organisational effectiveness and workforce engagement.
  • Provide leadership coaching to front line managers and senior leaders, helping create a diverse and inclusive culture aligning to our Purpose, Values, and Ways of Working.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong industrial relations expertise.
  • Able to think and plan for the long term.
  • Capable of diagnosing issues and using data/insights to influence successful outcomes.
  • Strategic and creative mindset coupled with strong commercial acumen.
  • Experience in demonstrating successful business impacts.
