Strategic Transactions Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a key member of our investment engine. You will work closely with senior stakeholders on strategic transactions, capital structuring, and deal execution.

You will also need to demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a lean team is essential.

Requirements:
