Job Title: Human Capital Strategist
We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the development and implementation of talent, culture, reward and capability strategies to enable business performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to deliver business objectives
- Provide expert advice and guidance to leaders on HR matters, including talent management, engagement, performance and reward
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to implementing projects and initiatives
- Analyze data and insights to inform business decisions and optimize people strategies
Requirements:
- Qualifications in human resources management or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to effectively challenge current thinking and give constructive feedback
- Previous experience working in the financial services industry is highly desirable
