Located on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, Peninsula Plus operates across three vibrant clinics: Mornington, Frankston, and Dromana. Our multidisciplinary team comprises Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Allied Health Assistants, Support Workers, Specialists, and a dedicated customer service team of 10. **Your Role as Customer Service Team Lead**:
As the Customer Service Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer service experience, guiding a talented team, and driving operational excellence. Your strategic mindset, analytical prowess, and leadership skills will empower your team to deliver exceptional service and community engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead with Purpose and Influence**: Inspire, motivate, and empower your team by fostering an inclusive and positive environment that encourages growth, collaboration, and excellence.
- **Strategic Planning and Innovation**: Develop and implement forward-thinking strategies to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver a seamless client experience.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Utilise your highly analytical skills to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and drive strategic improvements.
- **Systems Leadership and Administration**: Leverage your strong systems administration skills to optimise operational systems, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

- **Communication and Collaboration**: Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, support teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and influential communication at all levels.
- **Work Health and Safety (WHS) Compliance**: Proactively manage WHS checks, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace for all team members.

- **IT Competency and Practice Management Software Experience**: Familiarity with industry practices, including advanced IT competencies and practice management software. Knowledge of PracSuite and HubSpot is advantageous.
