  • Providing ongoing coaching and support to staff on first point of call resolution and escalation processes
  • Ensuring staffing levels and rosters meet operational requirements

  • Proven experience in leading teams within a contact centre environment
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise, support, and train customer service staff
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
