This role is responsible for managing the Key Accounts team in Australia, providing exceptional service to retail accounts.
Job Description:As a Lead Customer Service Team Member, you will be accountable for leading the Key Accounts team in delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your primary focus will be on effectively managing daily operations, inspiring team potential, and driving service process optimization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Team Leadership & Development: Foster a positive team atmosphere, enhance professional capabilities, and guide teams in implementing innovative solutions.
- Strategy Execution & Operations Management: Translate company strategies into daily goals, understand and optimize operational tasks, and ensure timely support to customers.
- Customer Relationship & Support: Establish long-term relationships with internal and external customers, provide customized solutions, and ensure strong support.
- Problem Solving & Process Improvement: Resolve complex inquiries, identify pain points, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven Leadership: Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in customer service or related operations, with demonstrated exceptional leadership abilities.
- B2B Customer Service Expertise: Strong background and practical experience in B2B account management, order processing, and related operations.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent cross-level communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building working relationships and guiding teams.
- Customer Focus & Problem Solving: Prioritize customer needs, demonstrate a high degree of responsibility, and use analytical skills to find effective solutions.
- Industry & Tools Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the sporting goods industry or FMCG industry, proficient in using CRM systems and Office software.
