Job Summary:
As a seasoned Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding a team of representatives to deliver exceptional service to our clients. With a proven track record in leadership and customer care, you will drive business development through effective relationship management and implement strategies to improve service delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively manage complex customer issues.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer service leadership role
- Proven ability to lead, encourage, and develop a team
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
