**About the company**:
With over 70 years' experience in the industry, Stratco is a national leader in the manufacture and marketing of building and home improvement products. **About the role**:
Additionally this role will provide operational leadership across maintenance and support services and will drive collaboration between internal and external support teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively drive collaboration across project teams, internal and external maintenance and support services teams, and business stakeholders
- Procure, engage and mange external implementation partners and support partners, measure and manage service levels
- Serve as a member of the IT Leadership Team and collaborate with other members of the IT function to ensure the successful delivery of all IT services across the organisation
- Assist with driving improvements across the IT operating model
- Lead and coach others in working safely and in alignment with Stratco's safety policies
- Consistently set an example of collaboration and professionalism

**Skills, Experience and Attributes**:

- ** ** Bachelor's degree or higher in IT (or equivalent)
- At least 5 years experience in people leadership and management
- At least 10 years experience in IT
- Experience with market leading ERPs highly desired
- Demonstrated experience in managing cloud based software technology platforms
- Experience with Oracle SaaS and PaaS technology highly desired
- Experience in analysing business opportunities and designing technology solutions to achieve the intended outcome
- Familiarity with IT service delivery frameworks such as ITIL
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks
- High attention to detail with proven ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in developing working relationships with senior management across all parts of an organisation
