Job Overview

The Enterprise Applications Manager will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and optimising business applications across the organisation.

This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and experience in managing their lifecycle. The successful candidate will have a track record of leading process improvement initiatives and creating training materials for varied audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to maximise use of existing business software in line with organisational goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements
  • Manage small scale application projects from planning through to delivery
  • Provide level two support and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and system updates
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and create clear documentation for users
  • Configure, maintain and upgrade application systems ensuring accurate records are kept
  • Monitor application performance and recommend improvements
  • Manage software licensing patching schedules and compliance with Essential Eight
  • Administer user access and participate in testing deployment and change management processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
  • Proven experience configuring and integrating enterprise software solutions
  • Track record managing the lifecycle of business critical software
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives
  • Ability to create training materials and deliver sessions to varied audiences
  • Strong documentation skills for procedures guides and configuration records
  • Experience with software updates patching and compliance frameworks such as Essential Eight
  • Project delivery skills using structured methodologies
  • Testing and deployment experience with adherence to change management processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
