Alpha Lifecare is seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehousing operations in Silverwater. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation that values innovation, safety, and continuous improvement.

As Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods from receiving to dispatch. You'll lead a dedicated team, drive performance through KPIs, and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch.
  • Provide detailed performance reporting to management.
  • Coordinate delivery planning with internal teams.
  • Implement and refine warehouse systems and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff.
  • Collaborate with procurement, customer service, and service teams.
  • Analyse workflows to identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain warehouse equipment and infrastructure.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years' experience in warehouse or logistics management.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory control systems.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Forklift licence (highly regarded).
  • Strong understanding of WHS obligations and safety-first mindset.
