As Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods from receiving to dispatch. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch.
- Provide detailed performance reporting to management.
- Coordinate delivery planning with internal teams.
- Implement and refine warehouse systems and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff.
- Collaborate with procurement, customer service, and service teams.
- Analyse workflows to identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain warehouse equipment and infrastructure.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years' experience in warehouse or logistics management.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory control systems.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Forklift licence (highly regarded).
- Strong understanding of WHS obligations and safety-first mindset.
