Ferrari Logistics Australia (NSW Master License: is opening a new warehouse dedicated to General and Luxury  goods. We're seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead the daily operations and ensure strict compliance with Australian Border Force (ABF) regulations.

This role is ideal for a driven logistics professional with experience in high-security environments, bonded processes, and leadership in warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily inbound and outbound operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Oversee secure handling and storage of general & luxury goods
  • Coordinate with drivers, vault personnel, and ABF-compliance teams
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and system updates (e.g. SAP or WMS)
  • Ensure proper procedures for bond movements, customs clearance, and damage reporting
  • Lead a small team and manage workload allocation, training, and safety compliance
  • Enforce strict security protocols including vehicle loading/unloading procedures and site access control
  • Liaise with internal departments and clients to ensure service excellence

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory warehouse/logistics role
  • Experience in bonded or secure facilities preferred
  • Sound knowledge of ABF regulations and bonded cargo movements
  • Current forklift licence (LF) and excellent operational skills
  • High attention to detail and accountability
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency with WMS systems and MS Office
