What You'll Be Doing
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and team performance
  • Support the onboarding process for a new customer, ensuring a smooth transition
  • Coordinate receiving, dispatch, inventory control, and freight handling
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
  • Operate and supervise forklift operations (counterbalance and high reach)
  • Use systems like CargoWise One to manage freight and reporting
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support audits
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor (essential)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
  • IT literacy with exposure to warehouse systems (CargoWise One preferred)
  • Forklift licence (preferred)
  • Flexibility to work shifts between 6am and 5pm
