Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead and oversee the implementation of the MYOB system within our warehouse operations. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition to the MYOB platform, optimising warehouse processes, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. MYOB System Implementation:

o Lead the implementation of the MYOB system within the warehouse.

o Collaborate with the finance department, procurement department, external consultants, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure successful deployment.

o Customise and configure the MYOB system to meet the specific needs of warehouse operations.

  1. Warehouse Operations Management:

o Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies.

o Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

o Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities.

  1. Staff Supervision and Training:

o Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained on MYOB system usage and warehouse procedures.

o Coordinate with HR to conduct training sessions on the MYOB system for warehouse staff.

  1. Inventory Management:

o Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained in the MYOB system.

o Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to manage stock replenishment.

  1. Quality Control and Compliance:

o Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the accuracy of orders and deliveries.

o Ensure all warehouse activities comply with health and safety regulations.

  1. Reporting and Analysis:

o Generate and analyse reports from the MYOB system to provide insights into warehouse performance.

o Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.

  1. Continuous Improvement:

o Lead initiatives to improve warehouse processes and workflows.

o Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance warehouse operations.

Qualifications

· Education: Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

· Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management, with experience in implementing or working with the MYOB system.

· Skills:

o Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control.

o Excellent leadership and communication skills.

o Proficiency in MYOB and other relevant software.

o Forklift Licence.

o Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
