Position the Role: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Droppoint Australia. As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our Alexandria warehouse. This includes inbound and outbound freight, inventory management, order fulfilment, compliance, and maintaining a safe and organised work environment. You will be the key contact for all warehouse-related matters and work closely with our operations and customer service teams and our customers technician and install teams. You will also be required to provide coverage at our other Sydney warehouses from time to time.

This role will have a high degree of autonomy, and requires someone comfortable working solo, supervising casual staff if required, able to stay on task and produce high quality work with minimal direct oversight. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all daily warehouse operations as the only on-site resource
  • Receive, check, and put away incoming goods and input into our WMS
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders on time and accurately
  • Maintain accurate stock records and complete regular cycle counts
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
  • Operate Forklift including loading and unloading of trucks
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and customer stakeholders

About You:

  • Proven experience in warehouse supervision or warehouse operations
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems
  • Customer Service Experience as you will be liaising daily with our customer stakeholders
  • Computer literacy (WMS/ERP systems and MS Office preferred)
  • Forklift licence is required
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work Mon-Fri 8 hours per day between the hours of 6am and 4pm
