POSITION TITLE Returns and Consignment Stock Supervisor

The Wine Collective (TWC) is one of Australia's oldest and most respected independent online wine retailers, offering customers a wide range of high quality Australian and international wines, with the convenience of home delivery.

As the result of a long term employee retiring, we are looking for a Returns and Consignment Stock Supervisor to continue day-to-day operations at our Wetherill Park warehouse.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and Senior Warehouse Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our 3PL services and processing of returned stock operates as efficiently, effectively and safely as possible.  They will be responsible for:

  • All inbound and outbound inventory movements for our key 3PL partners;
  • Secure storage of 3PL inventory within the warehouse;
  • Efficient utilisation of allocated warehouse space and equipment;
  • Maintaining a safe, clean and efficient working environment; and
  • Ensuring staff are following TWC standard operating procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess the following key attributes:

  • A team mindset - recognising that the success of the warehouse operation is dependent on effective teamwork;
  • A focus on safety and commitment to eliminating and managing risks and maintaining a safe work environment;
  • A focus on maximising efficiency and minimising waste;
  • Current forklift licence (LF);
  • Current drivers' licence;
  • Strong communication skills; and
  • Attention to detail.
