About this Opportunity
- Gladstone based role working at the McCosker Head Office
- Casual Monday to Friday for up to 4 months
- Competitive rate of pay
This position will provide effective, efficient, and quality administrative support to the HR team and contribute to implementing a short-term HR project. This will include:
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding administration processes.
- Inputting and maintaining accurate data in systems and spreadsheets.
- Track incoming and outgoing communications for the project.
- Respond to queries with established information.
- Use exceptional attention to detail to ensure quality records management.
About You:
- Experience in administration, working in fast-paced team environments
- Intermediate competency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
- Highly effective time management, workload prioritisation, and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
