Overview
MRAEL are currently seeking a highly motivated and eager Business Administration trainee to join the Intojobs team, based in our Rockhampton office.
Our organisation is focused on providing training, support and mentoring to the successful trainee as you work towards completing your Certificate III in Business.
This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in kick-starting their administration career within the Employment Services industry. If you have previous customer service experience, we want to hear from you
About the position
The successful candidate will work alongside the customer service officers (CSOs) and provide administration and customer service support to the Mobile Employment Consultants.
- Provide reception and general administrative duties
- Meet and greet customers/clients over the phone and face-to-face
- Communicate effectively with other departments and teams in the business
- Assisting in data entry and document management
- Providing friendly and prompt customer service and support
- Performing other related duties as required
- Transportation of participants at times in company supplied vehicle

Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Must be an Australian citizen/resident
- A positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Responsible and mature minded
- Genuine interest in an administration career path
Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.
A current Blue Card and clear National Police Check is required, which can be arranged for the successful applicant.
