We have an opportunity for an experienced Administration Manager to join our highly regarded Retail Property team, based onsite at Gladstone Centre Plaza. Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will play an integral role supporting the day-to-day management and operations of this busy retail centre.
Key Responsibilities;
• Financial Administration & Reporting: Manage sales data, prepare financial reports, including budget assistance, and handle tenant arrears
• Lease & Billing Management: Process leases, renewals, billing updates, and calculate charges. Conduct lease audits
• Tenant & Vendor Relations: Address tenant inquiries, manage vendor communications, and build positive relationships
• Operational Support: Process utility orders, handle meter readings, and support marketing initiatives
Qualifications & Skills;
• Previous administrative experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Accounts Payable/Receivable experience highly regarded
• Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and reporting
• Highly organised with strong problem-solving and prioritisation abilities
