About This Opportunity

  • Gladstone based role working at the McCosker Head Office
  • Monday to Friday casual arrangement (3 months), with potential for ongoing work in 2026
  • Competitive rate of pay

This Position Will Provide Effective, Efficient, And Quality Administrative Support To The HR Team And Contribute To Implementing a Short-term HR Project. This Will Include

  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding administration processes.
  • Inputting and maintaining accurate data in systems and spreadsheets.
  • Track incoming and outgoing communications for the project.
  • Respond to queries with established information.
  • Use exceptional attention to detail to ensure quality records management.

About You

  • Experience in administration, working in fast-paced team environments
  • Intermediate competency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
  • Highly effective time management, workload prioritisation, and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
