Curtis Coast Automotive is seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our Administration Team.

About the Role
As part of our administration team, you'll play a key role in the smooth daily operations of our dealership.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing payroll processing and assisting with financial data entry
- Vehicle stock control and vehicle registrations
- Supporting the sales and service departments with documentation and reporting
- Maintaining accurate customer and dealership records
- Assisting with general office and administrative tasks
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience or understanding of payroll, stock control, or vehicle administration (preferred but not essential)
- A friendly, professional manner and the ability to work well with others
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
This position offers Monday to Friday work hours and a pathway to progress into a Financial Controller role for the right candidate.
