About the role

Join the dynamic and growing team at Multiply Property Group as their part-time Office Administrator. Based in Bibra Lake, WA, this role will provide valuable administrative support to the property development and real estate agency operations. With a focus on organisation, coordination and customer service, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the office.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
  • Handling general enquiries from clients, contractors and third parties
  • Assisting with the coordination of property inspections, open homes, and client meetings
  • Supporting the property development and sales teams with various administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in an office administration or customer service role, ideally within the real estate or property development industry
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software programs quickly
  • A positive, proactive and collaborative approach to your work
  • A keen interest in the real estate and property development industry
