**Responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting the Operations Manager with production and QA data entry ensuring documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Document Control
- General administrative & Office Support - Some Payroll / timesheet assistance required
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Experience in the red meat industry is considered an advantage but not essential
- Have good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills and numerical skills
