**The Role**
- As a Project Officer in Strategic Advisory Services, you'll play a pivotal role in managing advisory, development, and transaction projects for government property assets. Your work will span various property types, including high-profile and transaction-based projects, with responsibilities in:

- Supporting the divestment and acquisition of government assets.
- Handling administrative tasks, budgets, project plans, and reporting.
- Collaborating with consultants and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.

**What you’ll bring**
- Expertise in real estate or property transactions.
- Proven experience managing projects involving asset divestment and acquisition.
- Strong administrative, budgeting, planning, and reporting skills.
- An ability to effectively collaborate with consultants and suppliers to meet project goals.

**What is an essential requirement**:

- Tertiary property qualifications and related experience will be highly regarded.
