The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily office functions, including answering phones, filing, preparing contracts and documentation, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Prepare and format contracts and other business documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage contract documentation with DocuSign.
  • Maintain and update physical and digital records in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensure all data entry is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal team members and external clients.
  • Assist in coordinating office activities and supporting team projects.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed.

The Right Fit

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
