Who We're Looking For:

We're growing fast—and we're looking for a driven, energetic
Business Development Manager
to join our Melbourne team and support our VIC/SA portfolio. You'll work closely with another BDM based in Melbourne and report to our Head of Sales.

This role is all about building relationships, identifying new broker and dealer clients, and helping them see the value of partnering with Fintelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow our network
    : Find and connect with new brokers to join our aggregation platform.
  • Build strong relationships
    : Share the Fintelligence story and show potential clients how we can help—through presentations, demos, and conversations.
  • Drive sales
    : Work with the sales team to bring in new business and hit growth targets.
  • Create proposals
    : Put together tailored client proposals with support from the Head of Sales.
  • Support clients
    : Guide new partners from first contact through onboarding and beyond.
  • Stay connected
    : Keep in touch with clients, lenders, and industry contacts to maintain strong relationships.
  • Report back
    : Share updates and insights with the Head of Sales and other leaders.
  • Train brokers
    : Help new brokers get started with our platform and tools.
  • Share feedback
    : Help us improve by offering ideas and insights on how we can do things better.

What you will have:

  • Proven success in sales within asset finance, aggregation, or broking.
  • Experience in B2B roles in finance broking, aggregation, or lending.
  • A strong network in the finance broking industry (highly desirable).
  • Solid understanding of consumer and commercial finance products.
  • A valid driver's licence.
  • Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (preferred).
