Digital Delivery Manager

Drive Critical eCommerce Projects with Leading Telco client (consulting through FinXL)

FinXL Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors.

FinXL is seeking a Digital Delivery Manager to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading telco client on a key Critical eCommerce Project engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of digital features and BAU tasks
  • Manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Track timelines, escalate blockers, and ensure delivery runs on time and scope
  • Own the JIRA board and Confluence documentation for clear visibility
  • Collaborate with Design, Developers, Testers, and BAs on requirements
  • Partner with Marketing and Product stakeholders to align delivery to priorities
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and change requests

Key Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience delivering digital projects in fast-paced agile environments
  • Proven success leading delivery across eCommerce sales funnels (BAU and features)
  • Deep understanding of Agile delivery and project management methodologies
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), AEM, and/or proprietary CMS
  • Competency with delivery tooling: JIRA, Confluence, and Figma
  • Skilled in risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking
  • Strong communicator with experience managing stakeholders across diverse teams
