As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day leadership with long-term strategic impact. • ties:Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear communication, timely responses, and strong relationship manage
• ment.You'll lead discovery of business, functional, and technical requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to translate these into strategies, solutions, and programs for our cli
• ents.Monitor and report on client health metrics (delivery quality, satisfaction signals, ROI, and service adoption) and act on risks or opportuni
• ties.Coordinate activities across internal teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and scopes are met with consistent qua

• rtise:6+ years of experience in client services, account management, or digital consulting within an agency or professional services enviro
• nment.Proven track record of managing digital client retainers, across Design/Dev/
• QA/CROProven ability to manage client relationships, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and handle both day-to-day interactions and senior stakeholder conversa
• tions.Solid project coordination skills with experience delivering digital campaigns, platforms, or ongoing services across channels such as SEO, CRO, media, or develo
• pment.Experience with collaboration and project management platforms like Wrike, Miro
