The Role

As a
Pre-Sales Engineer – Microsoft Solutions
, you'll be a key
technical advisor and solution strategist
, supporting our sales team.

You'll design and present Microsoft-based digital transformation solutions that drive real business outcomes — working closely with our Business Development Managers and clients to architect solutions leveraging
Azure
,
Microsoft 365
,
Dynamics 365
,
Power Platform
, and
.NET applications
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales teams to understand client needs and design tailored Microsoft-based solutions.
  • Lead discovery workshops and identify opportunities for cloud and application modernization.
  • Design solution architectures using
    Azure
    ,
    Microsoft 365
    ,
    Power Platform
    , and
    .NET
    .
  • Deliver product demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation and responses for RFPs/RFIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and Microsoft partners to ensure solution feasibility.
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft's roadmap, licensing, and partner ecosystem.
  • Support the transition from pre-sales to delivery for seamless project execution.
  • Contribute to uplifting Seers'
    Microsoft Partnership status
    and marketplace presence.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting with Microsoft focus.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Azure (IaaS/PaaS)
    ,
    Microsoft 365
    ,
    Power Platform
    , and
    .NET
    .
  • Experience designing solutions for cloud migration, app modernization, or digital workplace transformation.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complex technical ideas.
  • Understanding of Microsoft licensing, security, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with enterprise or government clients is highly desirable.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Microsoft certifications such as
AZ-104, AZ-305, PL-200
, or
MS-700
are highly regarded.
